Free pickup and delivery in Al Khawaneej. Collected today, back tomorrow.

The service
Free collection in Al Khawaneej, back tomorrow
This is our own neighbourhood, so collection here is the shortest run we do. It is free, we call to agree a time, and the driver comes to your gate, which on these plots is your actual gate with nobody standing at it. Standard turnaround is 24 hours. The counter is next door in Al Khawaneej 2, close enough that walking a suit in for the 45-minute express press is a real option instead of a theoretical one.
- Free pickup and delivery
- Anywhere in Al Khawaneej, on every service we offer, all year. Free on every order above a small minimum — we tell you the exact figure on the confirmation call, before any driver moves, so there are no surprises at the door.
- Back tomorrow
- Standard turnaround is 24 hours: collected today, returned the next day. Carpets and rugs, curtains, shoes, bags, soft toys and strollers take 3 to 5 days.
- Nothing to weigh or count
- Hand it over as it is. We sort by fabric and colour at our end, and we count by the piece.

About Al Khawaneej
Al Khawaneej still runs partly on farm time. Private smallholdings, nurseries and stables sit between the villa plots, and most homes are three- to seven-bedroom villas on plots of 5,000 to 15,000 square feet. Al Khawaneej Walk and Last Exit on 213 Street are what people navigate by, and the plots open straight onto the street with no compound gate, so a driver pulls up at your own.
Where we collect
The communities inside Al Khawaneej
Every one of these is inside our collection area. The differences are at the door, not in what we can take.
- The villa plots
- Three- to seven-bedroom villas on plots of 5,000 to 15,000 square feet, individually owned and open to the street. Most have a maid's room, an outside kitchen, a laundry room and a walled garden.
- Al Khawaneej District
- A 44-villa community managed by Dubai Holding at the Al Khawaneej Road and Al Warqa Road intersection, with about 36,000 square metres of planted ground around it.
- The farm plots
- Al Khawaneej still runs partly on farm time. Private smallholdings, nurseries and stables sit between the housing, and one half of the district is zoned for agriculture while the other is residential.
- Al Khawaneej Walk and Last Exit
- The dining and retail strip on 213 Street that most people navigate by, run by Dubai Holding, with a hypermarket, a cinema and a clinic. Last Exit sits alongside it on the D89.
- The Yard
- Three hundred and fifty thousand square feet of lakefront with bakeries, a farmers' market and walking trails. Useful as a landmark for the streets at that end of the district.
What leaves the house
What a household in Al Khawaneej sends out
A villa on a 10,000 square foot plot generates a different kind of week to a flat, and most of it is the kind of thing a domestic machine was never built for. Floor rugs across a majlis, curtains running the height of a tall window, bedding from five or six rooms. Many of these houses have their own laundry room and a maid's room, which means the everyday washing is handled at home and what comes to us is the awkward half: the rugs, the curtains, the duvets, the kanduras and abayas that want a proper finish. An outside kitchen and a walled garden add their own textiles, and the garden ones arrive twice a year looking worse than anything indoors.
At the door
Getting to your door in Al Khawaneej
The plots here open straight onto the street. There is no compound gate, no guard and no pass to leave at an entrance, so a driver pulls up at your own gate and that is the whole procedure. Al Khawaneej Street and Al Amardi Street are the two approaches, and Al Khawaneej Walk or The Yard places you faster for a driver than a plot number does. We call before anyone sets off.
