A counter you can walk into
Al Khawaneej, Al Shamkhah and Banyas. If something is wrong there is a person behind a counter, not a support ticket.
Common questions
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes, across every area we serve, and it is not a promotion. Free on every order above a small minimum — we tell you the exact figure on the confirmation call, before any driver moves, so there are no surprises at the door.
How fast is it?
Standard is 24 hours: collected today, back tomorrow. Express pressing in 45 minutes is available at the counter, in shop only. Carpets and rugs, curtains, shoes, bags, soft toys and strollers take 3 to 5 days, because a rug has to dry right through and a bag is reconditioned rather than washed.
Do I need to sort or count anything?
No. Hand it over as it is. We sort by fabric and colour on our side, which is the part that matters.
What if I am not home?
Tell us in the notes when you book and the driver will work around it. If plans change, message us on WhatsApp and we will move the day.
How do I pay?
When your laundry comes back — cash or card, with the driver or at the counter. Nothing is paid online.
Are you open on Fridays?
Yes — Fridays too. Every day, 8:00 in the morning to midnight, and the vans run until 11:30pm.
